At RBJF, Inc., our impact is rooted in strengthening families, empowering youth, and building healthier, more resilient communities. Through our programs, partnerships, and community engagement efforts, we focus on six key areas that help young people and families thrive:

  1. Strengthening Family Connections: Creating opportunities for families to build stronger relationships, improve communication, and foster meaningful bonds that support long-term well-being
  2. Building Family Resilience: Connecting families to vital resources, support services, and community programs that help them navigate challenges, overcome barriers, and achieve stability.
  3. Empowering Students for Success: Providing mentorship, leadership development, educational enrichment, and personal growth opportunities that inspire students to reach their full potential.
  4. Supporting Educators and Schools: Complementing the incredible work of public-school teachers by offering additional resources, programs, and community-based support that enhance student learning and development.
  5. Community Referrals and Resource Navigation: Serving as a trusted bridge between families and essential services, including healthcare, housing, food assistance, educational support, and other community resources.
  6. Teen Mental Health and Substance Use Prevention: Promoting mental wellness, increasing awareness, reducing stigma, and providing education and support to help young people make healthy choices and build lifelong resilience.
